Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewal Maintenance Analyst to support order processing, billing, and customer account activities. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Finance teams, ensuring accuracy in order management and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Processing and reviewing customer purchase orders for hardware
Collaborating with the Sales Operations team to resolve order paperwork issues
Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and assisting with invoicing
Responding to accounting-related customer inquiries and requests
Balancing multiple tasks and transitioning smoothly between them

Skills Required:

Previous experience in an Accounting Organization with Quote to Cash, Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
Familiarity with Month End Close procedures and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
Comfortable learning new systems and working both independently and within a remote team

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with an ERP System (SAP, Oracle)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Salesforce.com
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Legal and Contract Management, Sales and Account Management OR Vocational Education or equivalent

Basic Qualifications:

No prior experience required with Bachelor’s Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Operations or equivalent.
