• Billing Manager
• Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and oversee a team of client billing specialists.

In this role, you’ll manage the entire billing cycle, ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines, and act as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments. You’ll also analyze billing data, optimize processes, and foster strong client relationships while mentoring your team to achieve excellence. ((Boston, Hybrid/Remote, up to $105K))

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel), and SharePoint billing software required.
• Strong understanding of legal billing practices, client guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
