About the Role The Client Accounting team plays a key rolewithin the organization, focusing on client-related financialactivities and billing operations. This collaborative team ensuresefficient and accurate handling of accounting processes whilesupporting client services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issuedaily invoices for a large client base. Review billing details forerrors, opportunities, and coding issues. Respond to billinginquiries from internal teams and clients. Compile and distributemonthly reports on billing and timesheets. Manage projectstructures and maintain related records. Process journal entriesand reconcile accounts. Conduct collection activities, includingfollow-ups and documentation. Analyze write-offs to improve billingaccuracy. Complete projects assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance,or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to engage effectively withclients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, particularly Excel.
