This role is crucial to the firm’s financial operations, serving as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and accounting department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a background in legal billing who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing the complete billing lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

salary:

$60,000•$65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Manages the complete monthly billing cycle, from initial pre-bill (pro forma) generation and distribution to final invoice creation. Processes and incorporates all edits to pre-bills as requested by internal partners and stakeholders. Ensures all invoices comply with established internal policies and complex client billing guidelines. Submits final invoices to clients through various channels, including sophisticated e-billing portals. Conducts accounts receivable follow-up to facilitate timely payment and resolve outstanding invoice inquiries. Serves as a primary point of contact for all billing-related matters for both internal and external parties.
