This function is responsible for medical and ancillaryproduct premium billing. Positions in this function interact withcustomers gathering support data to ensure invoice accuracy andalso work through specific billing discrepancies. Provide input topolicies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effectivemanagement and control of the premium billing function. Educatecustomers regarding the availability of receiving invoices andremitting payments through online applications. Monitor outstandingbalances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay asbilled. Manage the preparation of invoices and completereconciliation of billing with accounts receivables. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am

• 4:00pm EST, Monday
• Friday. It may be necessary, given thebusiness need, to work occasional overtime. Employees are requiredto work 1 day onsite and the others they will work remotely. Weoffer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be8:00am
• 4:00pm, Monday
• Friday. Training will be conductedonsite. If you are within commutable distance to the office at 100Front Street Worcester, MA you will have the flexibility to workfrom home and the office in this hybrid role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interact withcustomers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy andalso work through specific billing discrepancies
• Provide input topolicies, systems, methods and procedures for the effectivemanagement and control of the premium billing function
• Educatecustomers regarding the availability of receiving invoices andremitting payments through online applications
• Monitoroutstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clientspay as billed
• Manage the preparation of invoices and completereconciliation of billing with accounts receivables You’ll berewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment thatwill challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes tosucceed in your role as well as provide development for other rolesyou may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

• High SchoolDiploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years ofage OR Older
• 1 years of experience in Insurance / Billing
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes theability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complexcomputer system applications
• Ability to work our normal businesshours of 8:00am
• 4:00pm EST, Monday
• Friday.

It may be necessary,given the business need, to work occasional overtime

88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment.
