Summary:

The Customer Service Associate I – Single Billing Office role is the first level of a five-level career path and answers phone calls from patients, guarantors and others and process payments ensuring payments are correctly applied to accounts. This role will utilize tools, established workflows and resources provided to research accounts, identify billing issues and escalate issues for Revenue Cycle Team problem resolution.
