Collections Representative Join our dynamic team at Foundever, where every interaction is anopportunity to make a difference! This position requires you to be on-onsite. Must live within 50miles of the Foundever Fayetteville site: 921 Strickland Bridge Rd,Fayetteville, NC 28304 About Foundever Customer Service Representative will be supporting one the largestproviders in the U.S. for military service members and theirfamilies. Associates will be servicing inbound and outbound callsfrom customers concerning collection policies, procedures, andstrategies for resolving past due accounts. Duties will includecollecting past due payments, complete skip locate functions whennecessary. Associates will be compliant with federal regulationsregarding banking, security and privacy regulations. As athird-party associate, this will be a main factor in their workalong with servicing the members with all banking requests. This isa fast paced, problem solving, and member centric unit of theenterprise. We are looking for like-minded and skilled individuals.
