Job Description

Financial Operations & Insurance Coordinator Turning Point Dental & Aesthetics 811 9th Street, Durham, NC 27705 We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and personable team player who enjoys working with numbers, billing, and financial data to join our fun dental practice! You’ll handle patient billing, insurance claims, financial reporting and collections. This full-time role supports the financial and administrative operations of the practice, including patient account management, insurance coordination, purchasing, and vendor payments. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will communicate regularly with patients about billing, insurance, and refunds, and handle tasks such as deposits, collections, supply ordering, and invoice verification. This role works closely with the Front Desk Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming experience for patients. Impact This role directly influences the financial health of the practice and collaborates with Dr. Turner to align operations with the practice’s goals.
