This role reports to the Manager Patient Accounts HH and is responsible for monthly billings to insurance companies and agencies and timely receipt of payments. + Audit documentation specific to the EOB, and other documentation as assigned, and make recommendations to management accordingly + Meet departmental productivity, timelines, and accuracy + Utilize information gathered to facilitate alterations to the EMR documentation to prevent recurrence + Collate local documentation data outcomes and utilize company-wide for QA improvements
- About You
- + Three years of Hospice and/or Home Care experience preferred + Homecare Homebase experience + Understand Hospice regulations and billing requirements for hospice care + Federal and State specific regulations/guidelines + Demonstrate initiative in researching and resolving issues + Able to collect and process time-sensitive information from multiple sources + Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task + Proficient with Microsoft Office projects with focus on Excel skills •We Offer•+
