Overview:
We’re looking for a Revenue Cycle Team Lead to join our team. You will report to and receive direction from the Revenue Cycle Manager. You will be responsible for leading and directing a team of 10 to 12 Billing Specialists, to include training, mentoring, and supervising. Assign and oversee day-to-day work activities and job performance of Billing Specialists Assesses and recommends Quality Improvement initiatives related to billing processes. Reviews accounts with an uncollectable status for recommendations regarding resolutions and next steps. Assigns Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial claims and payments for processes and determines when to self-assign those claims and payments for processing due to work flow and other considerations.
About You:
High school diploma or GED 2 years Home Health or Hospice billing experience Supervisory experience a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills Homecare HomeBase experience
