You will report to and receive direction from the Revenue Cycle Manager. You will be responsible for leading and directing a team of 10 to 12 Billing Specialists, to include training, mentoring, and supervising. + Assign and oversee day-to-day work activities and job performance of Billing Specialists + Assesses and recommends Quality Improvement initiatives related to billing processes. + Reviews accounts with an uncollectable status for recommendations regarding resolutions and next steps. + Assigns Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial claims and payments for processes and determines when to self-assign those claims and payments for processing due to work flow and other considerations.

- + High school diploma or GED + 2 years Home Health or Hospice billing experience + Supervisory experience a plus. + Advanced Microsoft Office skills + Homecare HomeBase experience
