Accounts Receivable / Collections Analyst Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Job Description:

Our client, a national commercial real estate company, islooking for an Accounts Receivable / Collections Analyst. ThisAssociate level position operates on a hybrid schedule out of theirCharlotte, NC office. $60-$70k

Responsibilities:

Tenant accountmaintenance, collections, and pursuit Collect tenant rents and allother charges Settle all disputed charges, including CAM, realestate tax, base rent, and other charges Responsible for tenantaccounts receivable pursuit, documentation, and follow-up Set upand monitor payment plans Research and apply unapplied cashbalances Arrange tenant demand and default notices Recognize tenantfor legal collections (with outside attorneys) A/R managementreporting Establish and maintain a healthy and productiverelationship between landlord and tenant Examine late fees prior toassessment Periodic preparation / review of resident CAM & realestate tax billings Periodic lease document abstraction Review themonthly rent roll, specifically monitoring tenants awaiting rentcommencement Process and notify tenants of changes in their rent,CAM, real estate tax, and other charges

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 2-3 years of collections experienceCommercial real estate experience is a plus If you meet therequired qualifications and are interested in this role, pleaseapply today.
