Position Summary CPI Security is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring accurate billing, revenue recognition, and maintaining seamless operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities Contract Management:

Set up all contracts and draft information for new customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Billing and Revenue Recognition:

Process billing data actions for payroll, service, job, and new install billing, ensuring correct revenue recognition and customer invoicing.

Inventory Management:

Release inventory upon contract activation and maintain accurate records.

Work Ticket Processing:

Collect and process service and install work tickets, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Contract Renewals and Upgrades:

Process renewal and upgrade contracts, maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.

Chargebacks and Credit Card Transactions:

Process chargebacks and retrievals for credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Account Adjustments:

Complete prorate adjustments on all new accounts and cancel bad debt accounts at the end of the month, adjusting the accounts receivable balance accordingly.

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in contract coordination, billing, or accounts receivable in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with billing software or ERP systems is a plus.
