High School Diploma or equivalent JobDescription Our client is seeking a Call Center-CollectionsRepresentative to collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderlyand professional manner while following all standardizedcollections procedures. Make supervisor aware of problem accountsthat may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

RequiredExperience:

• 2 years solid call center collections experience isrequired to be considered
• Must have a stable work history
• Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including

Outlook, Word,Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Desired Skills/Experience:

Call Center Collections RepresentativeEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet performanceexpectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts basedupon individual goals and objectives, e.g., a minimum calls perday, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio, promises kept
• Place or receive calls in priority order as established bymanagement
• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to curedelinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay
• Navigateand interpret various screens and relay information to clientsaccurately and professionally
• Document all collection efforts foreach assigned account in accordance with established procedures,which may include using action and reaction codes, reschedulingfeature, “scratch pad” entries
• Communicate collection efforts tobranch lenders on assigned accounts in accordance with establishedstandards, if applicable
• Order updated credit bureau report orinitiate skip tracing process in accordance with establishedstandards
• Communicate regularly with collections supervisor onstatus of problem accounts in accordance with established standards
• Initiate extensions on accounts based upon written policyguidelines
• Ensure that all delinquent accounts and assignedqueues have been thoroughly worked according to standardizedcollection procedures
• Ensure that appropriate letters are sent todebtors
• Process customers’ payments through electronic draft, ifapplicable
• Process account maintenance transactions according toestablished guidelines Only those lawfully authorized to work inthe designated country associated with the position will beconsidered.
