Lindner Dental Associates is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Dental Billing professional to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong background in dental billing and administrative operations—but prefer a position with limited direct patient interaction —this could be the perfect fit for you. About the Role As a member of our Business Office Billing team, you will support the financial and administrative functions of the practice behind the scenes. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of dental insurance processes, billing practices, and office procedures, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills . Key Responsibilities Administrative & Reporting Answer internal calls, respond to staff inquiries, and resolve issues escalated from other departments Prepare and review reports (daily deposits, transfers, daily close, aging reports) with precision Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all privacy and workplace safety policies Insurance File and follow up on insurance claims Post insurance payments and process any applicable refunds Patient Billing Process patient payments and issue refunds Review and mail billing statements Assist in setting up payment plans when needed Collections Contact patients by phone regarding overdue accounts Send follow-up correspondence Refer accounts to collections as necessary Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in dental billing or a similar role (required) Proficiency in Dental Billing (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong organizational skills, discretion, and a high level of accuracy Schedule In-office position 4 days per week (7:00/7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)- Day off midweek Why Lindner Dental Associates?
