Description We are looking for a skilled Billing Clerk in Concord, New Hampshire. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring billing processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. This position is ideal for individuals with over three years of experience in billing and accounting functions, seeking a dynamic opportunity in the real estate property and facilities management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process billing data with precision to ensure timely invoicing.
• Analyze and validate billing information for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize accounting software systems to compile and calculate billing amounts.
• Code and categorize billing entries according to company standards.
• Address inbound calls related to billing inquiries and provide attentive customer support.
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure payments are processed and recorded effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions for auditing purposes.
• Resolve discrepancies in billing and accounts receivable promptly and accurately. Requirements
• Minimum of three years’ experience in billing, accounting, or related functions.
• Proficiency in computerized billing systems and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Effective communication skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with standard accounting practices and coding procedures.
