Foxfire Property Management Inc. is a Concord, NH based, full-service, one-stop property management resource firm with an experienced and dedicated team of property management professionals. We manage a variety of properties including: residential, commercial and government assisted housing and specialize in HOA, condominium and cooperative properties. Come join us! The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing, compiling, calculating, coding, and executing billing data to ensure efficient, timely and accurate billing of work done by Foxfire Property Management, Facilitech and The Cleaning Guy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Calculate time spent on each property from maintenance technician timesheets Maintain billing files Prepare janitorial billing using timesheets and contract knowledge Weekly AR review Recording and tracking all credit card charges and expenditures, including invoices and statements Follow up on past-due accounts to collect on payments Maintain the accuracy of historical data and records Provide support in audit and tax preparation Correspond with customers, creditors and vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits and other finance-related inquiries Address any billing discrepancies Generating reports for Controller, Chief Operating Officer and/or Owner Record and track fuel usage per Company vehicle File and organize all backup documentation Set up new properties in the system Continue improving the billing and payment processes Back-up to Accounts Receivable Optimize workflows and communications Promotes and supports Foxfire’s company policies and procedures Ability to work well with a diverse group of people Additional Duties Special projects as needed Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete Participate in ongoing education and training Other duties as assigned Additional Duties Special projects as needed Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete Participate in ongoing education and training Other duties as assigned

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Able to speak professionally and effectively in one-on-one or in small group situations. Mathematical Skills – Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Possess general understanding of basic accounting principles. Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail. Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common logic in understanding and carrying out written, oral or diagram instructions. Ability to positively deal with problems involving standardized situations. Physical Requirements Ability to pass physical exam, drug test and background check Requires sitting to a significant degree, walking, standing, reaching, handling, talking, hearing and seeing Lifting, not to exceed 10 lbs. maximum with infrequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
