In this Contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate billing processes, managing insurance claims, and maintaining clear communication with patients regarding their accounts. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit insurance claims for medical procedures and services to ensure timely payment.

- Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, resolving billing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Utilize Excel formulas to maintain and analyze billing data efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify service details and billing accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in medical billing practices.
- Maintain organized records of billing activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Identify and address discrepancies in billing and insurance claims promptly.
- Provide support in optimizing billing workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency. Requirements
- Proven experience in medical billing, including insurance claims and payment processing.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of cash posting and related financial processes.
