We are seeking a highly motivatedSr. Billing Specialistto join our team and play a vital role in compiling transactional data to prepare complex company invoices. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong analytical mind, exceptional problem-solving skills, continuous improvement mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do… Analyze customer accounts, gather records such as purchase orders, sales tickets, and charge slips to compile data needed for invoicing. Utilize advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Power Pivot) to analyze transactional data, identify errors, and perform calculations. Post complex transactions to accounting records such as work sheet, ledger, or computer files. Prepare invoices, listing items or services sold, amounts due, and dates of service or shipment. Prepare credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed services. Develop and implement strategies to maximize billing efficiency while maintaining positive cross-functional relationships. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Prepare and deliver presentations in front of leadership, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations derived from data analysis. Strict adherence to billing cycle deadlines. Who You Are… Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field. Proven analytical skills with a thorough understanding of data analysis principles and techniques. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Power Pivot. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to confidently present complex information to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
