We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Biller to join our team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in a non-profit setting, Living Innovations is the place for you! This position has remote-hybrid flexibility after an initial training period.

Responsibilities:
Responds to business office inquiries in a professional, warm, friendly manner Responds to employee and individual inquiries. Providing excellent customer service skills both via phone and office interactions. Ensuring billing documents are filed electronically in appropriate areas of document management system. Maintaining a log of all missing billing items. Reconciling billing logs with payroll logs

Qualifications:
A patient, caring, and positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide customer service in and upbeat and cheerful manor. Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook). High school diploma Experience in billing preferred Valid state issued driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
