West Railroad Avenue, Tenafly, NJ 07670 We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Account Administrator to join our growing team in Jersey City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and internal financial operations. You’ll work closely with both our finance and customer service teams to ensure that all account activities; billing, records, reporting, and correspondence are handled accurately and professionally. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update client account records, contracts, and billing information Process invoices, payments, and account adjustments in a timely manner Monitor account balances and follow up on outstanding payments Respond to client inquiries related to billing, account status, and documentation Assist with month-end account reconciliations and reporting Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to client accounts Ensure compliance with internal policies and recordkeeping standards Prepare reports and summaries for leadership or client presentations What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in an account administration, billing, or finance-related support role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Salesforce—preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Discreet and professional when handling sensitive financial data Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within the finance or operations teams How to Apply Please submit your resume!
