Billing and Payroll Specialist One and Only Home Care 123 Tice Boulevard, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software to support our corporate accounting functions effectively. Responsibilities Analyze billing data and prepare invoices for clients in a timely manner. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies. Administer benefits-related billing and coordinate with HR for accurate deductions. Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes. Experience Proven experience in accounting or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with corporate accounting practices and principles. Strong skills in account reconciliation and payroll management. Proficiency in HHAExchange is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing processes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
