We are looking for a detail-driven and organized Billing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations, including work order processing, purchase order management, and client invoicing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can navigate cross-functional teams and resolve billing-related inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, approve, and invoice work orders across various operational departments. Request and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate application to corresponding work orders. Serve as a liaison between internal teams, knowing who to contact for specific operational or billing-related matters. Manage billing submissions through client portals, ensuring all invoices are routed to the correct sites. Communicate with clients to address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and courteous manner. Qualifications BA Degree in related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Compensation Medical & Dental insurance.
