The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. This role requires strong communication skills, and able to maintain positive relationships with clients while achieving collection goals. Competitive salary & benefits Duties Conduct follow-up calls and correspondence with clients to collect outstanding payments. Interface with customers and attorney to facilitate collecting outstanding balances Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to billing or payments. Collaborate with other departments, to ensure comprehensive account management. Requirements Proven experience in collections is required. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Excel and Word Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving
