Full Job Description About Us:

At Visco Spine & Joint Center, we are committed to providing high-quality chiropractic care to our patients and ensuring a smooth billing experience. We are currently seeking an experienced Chiropractic Billing Specialist to join our team and help us streamline insurance claims, manage patient billing, and ensure accurate reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit and track insurance claims (out-of-network) accurately and timely Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility Manage denials and appeals Follow up on unpaid claims and patient balances Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries Maintain accurate records in our EMR/billing system Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in chiropractic or medical billing Proficient in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding Familiarity with insurance verification, EOB interpretation, and appeals processes Experience with billing software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of out-of-network billing and patient payment plans Familiarity with Medicare and major commercial payers Experience working in a fast-paced private practice setting
