Accounts Payable Analyst (24-Month Temp Assignment – Hybrid)

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team on a 24-month temporary assignment. This is a hybrid role , requiring 2 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and resolve invoice/PO/receiving mismatches (3-way matching) Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues Assist with month-end close tasks, including voucher accruals and financial reporting Process credit memos, returned checks, and reissued payments Maintain and update vendor files, including W9 and 1099 information Support XML invoice uploads and work within PeopleSoft system Handle special projects and support reporting needs across departments

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Materials Management Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals is strongly desired Strong understanding of AP processes and general accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
