AP Analyst 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Matawan, NJ 07747 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive detail oriented to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor communications, and billing activities in alignment with internal financial protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and billings in accordance with company financial policies. Review and enter invoices received via EDI and manual channels, ensuring proper authorization prior to payment. Collaborate with teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, credit issues, and approvals. Monitor and track Proof of Delivery and credit requests on a daily basis. Process a high volume of manual credits weekly, maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Communicate credit adjustments to vendors and ensure alignment with requests. Partner with the IT department to identify and resolve EDI-related issues. Maintain strong working relationships with operators and vendors, providing prompt and detail oriented support. Request and reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure timely and accurate payments. Track and report on invoice activity by vendor on a weekly and monthly basis. Conduct account research and respond to vendor inquiries, fostering positive vendor relationships. Support vendor audits and assist in preparing documentation as needed. Process payments bi-weekly. Contribute to month-end close activities by supporting expense accruals and managing open invoices. 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience
