Billing Associate – AIA Position Available In Monmouth, New Jersey

Billing Associate Type :

Full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Associate to manage customer invoicing, payment processing, and collections. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and manage all customer invoices (monthly contracts, time & materials, AIA billing) Post customer payments and apply them to the correct accounts Follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email Track and request retainage releases when applicable Assist with administrative and accounting tasks Potential to supervise 1-2 team members (depending on experience)

Qualifications :

2+ years of billing, invoicing, or bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel , Outlook, and Word Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-focused Experience in construction or landscaping industries is a plus AIA billing experience is a plus Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred, not required Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
