Part-Time Remote Billing Assistant Beni Solutions Wayne, NJ 07470 • Remote bout Us Beni Solutions is a growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in the health insurance industry, dedicated to delivering efficient, accurate, and personalized services to our clients. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Billing Assistant . Position Overview This is a fully remote, part-time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will support our billing team by reconciling invoices and auditing enrollment data across various platforms. We will require a few hours of in-person training at our office. Key Responsibilities Reconcile invoices from carriers and internal systems Audit and compare enrollment files between insurance carriers and our in-house CRM system Identify and flag discrepancies for resolution Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records Communicate findings with the internal team when needed Qualifications Strong Experience in Excel and Google Sheets Required No prior billing or insurance experience required — we’ll train the right candidate! Bonus if you have prior experience with health insurance, billing, or data entry Strong attention to detail Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new systems Why Work With Us?
