Billing/Collections Specialist 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 757 State Route 15 S, Lake Hopatcong, NJ 07849 Billing Collections Specialist Growing and energetic Orthopedic and multi-specialty practice is seeking an experienced full-time billing specialist to join our team. This is an on-site position at Tri-County Orthopedics, located in Jefferson New Jersey.
Job Description Position Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for supporting the billing, collections and reimbursement processes of a large orthopedic practice.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Patient and Insurance Accounts Receivable Follow Up 2. Payment Posting 3. Data Entry 4. Secondary Claims Processing 4. Customer Service Skills 5. Account Reconciliations follow up 6. Coordination of Benefits 7. Insurance Eligibility 8.
Customer Service Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience with medical billing and collections. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Understanding of insurance requirements, a must. Intergy software experience a plus. Problem solving skills a must Detailed Orientated a must Have a friendly disposition
