Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Customer Billing Support Analyst in
Menands NY:
Location:
Hybrid – Mostly remote with one day per week in the office (Albany or Syracuse, NY).
Pay rate: $24.82
Contract Type:
6 months (with high likelihood of extension)
Purpose of the Role
You’ll directly support the customer billing workstreams The successful candidate willplete billing tasks and assignments in the most efficient, cost-effective way to meet the program goals of distributed generation billing.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for scheduling, coordination, andpletion of billing tasks.
Develop a working understanding of the applicable regulations and tariffs we operate under to provide assistance to both internal and external customers.
Data extract and reporting from various applications (Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel).
Identify billing deficiencies which may adversely impact customers.
Provide rmendations and assist in implementation of corrective actions to improve quality of billing performance.
Reviews work for accuracy and ensures that all details areplete.
Work closely with the billing team to identify improvement opportunities in billing and customer service.
Provide regular performance updates at team “Hubs.”
Develop and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor program trends and insights from customers and stakeholders to determine program drivers. Collaborate with internal and external partners to adjust program delivery practices to ensure best-in-class customer service.
Collaborate with project management on administrative duties and special projects.
Knowledge & Experience Requirements
An associate’s degree plus 3 years of work experience is required, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Professional and/or academic experience in renewable energy, customer billing, and/or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software is required (e.g., Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) along with the ability to learn other programs and applications such as Salesforce, SAP, and thepany’s customer billing system.
Professional verbal and writtenmunication skills with demonstrable experience ing them in a business setting.
Customer service aptitude and attention to detail are required.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and keep track of multiple tasks.

Pay Details:
$24.82 per week
