Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and enter customer orders via phone, fax, email, or EDI. Ensure all shipping and delivery details meet customer requirements. Coordinate shipments with Supply Chain and confirm delivery appointments. Prepare and review bills of lading and other order documentation. Support the invoicing process and ensure timely billing. Follow up with internal teams or Customer Engagement regarding order discrepancies. Assist with inventory tracking and reporting departmental performance metrics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a data entry, order processing, or billing role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with automated order entry systems a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills.
