A/R ANALYST

•Remote Role – U.S. or Canada

OVERVIEW

The primary purpose of this role is to protect the financial integrity of Altera Digital Health by effectively managing accounts receivable processes. This role involves working closely with hospitals and other clients to collect cash, negotiate invoice payments, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Collections
Monitor, review, and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables, maintaining strong cash flow for the organization.
Engage in directmunication with customers to resolve outstanding balances, leveraging strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.
Escalate critical collections issues to relevant parties, including management and the C-Suite, ensuring transparency and collaboration on impactful account matters.
Executive Reporting & Communication
Prepare concise, professional reports for the finance department, including accounts receivable aging reports, delinquency analyses, and cash flow forecasts for C-Suite review.
Collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders to provide insights into receivables status, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
Develop presentations and other written materials tomunicateplex financial information clearly to various audiences, including executives.
Reconciliation & Data Management
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers to verify accuracy andpleteness, proactively identifying discrepancies or issues.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, resolutions, and customer interactions in thepany’s financial system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and improve overall receivables performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
Work Experience
2-3 years relevant work experience
Proven experience in accounts receivable.
Strong negotiation skills
Able to read and interpret contracts.
Excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written, with experience interfacing with different levels of an organization.
Experience working on a global team and flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones.
TRAVEL
Approx 10% travel, including attendance at our annual A/R billing team summit.

WORK LOCATION

Remote U.S. or Canada-based role. Must be flexible re. working across time zones and participating in virtual meetings.
