Location:
Amityville, NY Schedule:
Flexible hours between 7:30 AM – 4:00
PM, Monday-Friday Compensation:
$25-40 per hour depending on experience
About Us:
C&S Service and Controls, Inc. is a growing commercial HVAC and building automation company based in Amityville. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage our billing process and help keep our cash flow strong. This position can be part-time or full-time depending on your availability and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices promptly and accurately Maintain AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Coordinate with project managers and service team for invoice accuracy Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies Apply and track payments Assist with project tracking and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of AR or billing experience (preferably in construction or service industry) Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and other Bookkeeping software Strong attention to detail and time management Professional communication skills Able to work independently while supporting a fast-paced office
