A growing company in Ossining, NY is seeking an AccountsReceivable Analyst to join their accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoicesResearch and resolve payment discrepancies and customer issuesPrepare and analyze AR reports and trends to identify collectionrisks Assist with billing, cash application, and accountreconciliations Partner with internal departments to ensureaccurate invoicing and contract compliance Recommend processimprovements to streamline AR functions Support month-end closeactivities related to accounts receivable
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldpreferred 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or relatedfield Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) andaccounting/ERP systems Strong attention to detail and ability tomeet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsZRCFS
