• Medical Billing APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo Ohio, is seeking an experienced bank statement processor to join our billing team.

Beginning service in 1960, APS has grown into one of the premier billing companies, currently billing for over 250 client locations throughout the United States. Responsibilities Reconcile client bank statements Process the payments received from insurance companies, patients, and other entities toward the settlement of claims Ensure all payments are posted correctly, discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly and month-end closing deadlines are consistently met Communicate trends or recurring reconciliation issues to supervisor/manager Qualifications Experience and understanding of insurance payment process, EOB’s and ERA files Reconciliation experience Strong keyboard skills
