Billing Clerk Position Available In Berks, Pennsylvania

Description We are looking for a dedicated part-time accounting clerk to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient billing operations while collaborating with a dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Process sample requests for key accounts using Salesforce.
• Manage portal billing for invoices associated with Brenntag One.
• Prepare and deliver customer reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate carbon footprints using CO2Xplorer tools.
• Address inbound calls professionally and provide necessary assistance.
• Code invoices to ensure proper accounting and record-keeping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs. Requirements
• Proficiency in accounting functions and familiarity with accounts payable processes.
• Experience in handling billing tasks and coding invoices.
• Ability to use Salesforce tools, including ADM201 and CPQ, effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for managing customer inquiries and reports.
• Capability to perform carbon footprint calculations.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and billing systems.
