Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or chat Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: copying, faxing, mailing and filing Entering & Processing daily invoices, communicating with internal and external customers Coordinate and communicate customer orders/questions/requests with operations and sales teams Handle and resolve customer issues Process orders, forms, applications and request Maintain customer databases Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

• Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staff Working knowledge of general office equipment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adherence to laws and confidentially guidelines High School diploma…..Further education will be a plus Efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Word and Outlook Woodford Oil Company utilizes Apple Mac products… Any experience is a plus
