Project Billing Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute invoicing for DOT (Department of Transportation) and other government-related projects Collaborate with Project Managers to gather required billing details and ensure timely submissions Accurately track billing activity and maintain financial documentation Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint to manage billing workflows Perform manual invoicing tasks and reporting in Excel Ensure compliance with client and government billing guidelines
Project Billing Specialist Qualifications:
2+ years of project billing experience , preferably in engineering, consulting, or government contract environments Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is required Strong working knowledge of Excel Experience with government, DOT, or municipality billing (PennDOT experience is a major plus) Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
