RESPONSIBILITIES
Code and data entry of documentation to create invoices for payments. Review documentation to ensure compliance with terms of the agreed contract. Enter data accurately and expeditiously. Resolve issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions. Reviews processes and makes recommendations for continuous improvement. Responsible for a range of general billing tasks but will be primarily responsible for all accounting work associated with processing service billing.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of high-volume billing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED required, Associate Degree in accounting strongly preferred. Must be able to prioritize and organize their work. Time management and multi-tasking skills required. Detail oriented. Excellent customer service skills Should be able to work independently with limited supervision. PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Able to work overtime as required. 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension
