Construction Billing Specialist Diamond Ceilings & Contracting Rumford, RI 02916 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to work with various accounting software. The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s financial health by ensuring timely and accurate billing practices. Responsibilities Process and manage billing transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform data entry tasks related to billing and accounts payable. Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end closing procedures. Utilize Quickbooks or other accounting software for record keeping and reporting. Requirements Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Experience with journal entries and general accounting practices. Familiarity with invoicing using AIA’s Experience with accounts payable processes is essential. Ability to manage debits and credits effectively within an accounting system. Proficient in using Quickbooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
