Description We are in search of a part-time Billing Clerk to join our team located in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling the billing functions, relieving the Controller of invoicing tasks. With your expertise in accounting software systems like QuickBooks, you will be involved in managing high-volume invoicing and maintaining accurate credit records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities

• Handle the coding of invoices to ensure accuracy
• Manage high-volume invoicing tasks efficiently
• Utilize QuickBooks for various billing functions
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process customer credit applications with attention to detail
• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing
• Monitor customer accounts and take required action
• Utilize AirTable in conjunction with QuickBooks for efficient billing operations
• Ensure overall accuracy in all accounting functions related to billing. Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Experience with Computerized Billing is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a prerequisite.
• Capability to accurately perform Coding Invoices tasks is needed.
• Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing is crucial.
• Prior experience in Billing is a must.
• Competence in managing various Billing Functions is important.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
