Collections Customer Service Representative (Account Representative) Temp-to-Hire, M-F traditional work week, $17.00 plus monthly bonus up to $500/month We’re seeking energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join a growing collections team representing major clients in the logistics industry. This is a business-to-business (B2B) collections role—no prior collections experience is required. If you have strong communication skills and a background in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview:
Handle 50 outbound and 30 inbound calls per day All calls are to businesses with past-due accounts $17/hour starting pay Bonus potential up to $500/month Opportunity for advancement based on performance
What You’ll Be Doing:
Make and receive calls to businesses throughout the US and Canada Negotiate payment plans and help resolve outstanding balances Manage your daily account portfolio and meet productivity goals Provide exceptional service while maintaining a professional, persuasive tone Multitask efficiently across phone, email, and internal systems Contribute to a supportive, high-energy team environment What You’ll Need to
Succeed:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to type 35-40 WPM while actively on calls Experience in sales or customer service (retail or call center background a plus) Strong written and verbal communication with confidence in negotiation Desire to meet goals in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Comfort working on a production floor with activity and energy around you
