Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Customer Service Representative in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in day to day business operations including assisting customer inquiries and customer technical questions to be the main customer account manager, working with invoices and billing department for a company that is distributor and fabricator of industrial rubber products. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer quotes, questions, and concerns
- Light accounting duties such as invoices, billing, deposits as well payable and receivables statements
- Learn company product lines
- Document customer notes into company CRM systems
- Process customer orders and sales forms
- Process and oversee UPS shipments and orders
Qualifications:
- Great organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer first mindset
- Phone and email etiquette
- Work independently or cross functionally across departments in team environment
- Stay cool, calm and collected in a fast paced environment Climate controlled environment and casual business attire.
Schedule:
