What your future day will look like: Drive the customer experience and company cash flow in secured and unsecured accounts through day to day support and root cause identification of claims and deductions
Utilize your strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables
Work with customer service, sales, and distribution to analyze accounts receivable balances resulting from misapplication of payments, mis-shipments, pricing issues or other causes of non-payments.
Serve as subject matter expert for an assigned portfolio and make recommendations to management
