Agency bookkeeping and grant reporting to the US Department of Labor (DOL) and other grantors is performed by the finance department.

Enter accounts payable transactions into SCEIS. Determine whether coding from OnBase is correct or coding requires update by the cost center manager/reviewer. Ensure that fully coded and approved invoices are uploaded for timely payment processing in SCEIS.
Assist with vendor research and reconciliations to ensure proper billing and payments. Track and record each document entered in the SCEIS system.
If you’re ready to take on this challenge and help support South Carolina’s workforce system, please apply. We look forward to hearing from you!
