Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, following up on any denials or discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge insurance guidelines and dental billing regulations. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing issues and clarify any discrepancies in patient accounts. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to dental billing practices. Assist in the development of efficient billing processes and systems to enhance productivity within the dental office. Experience Proven experience in dental billing or coding is preferred. Familiarity with dental/medical records management and coding systems is essential. Knowledge of dental terminology and healthcare regulations is required.
