Patient Billing Service Specialist 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Columbia, SC 29203 Our billing department is looking for a patient service specialist responsible for posting incoming payments and answering patient phone calls in regards to billing questions. This person would also be responsible for setting up payment arrangements, working mail and fax queue, minor daily billing balancing, and speaking to in-person patients about account balance concerns. This is an in-office position at our Northeast Columbia location. Medical billing experience is preferred but not required.
