Responsibilities:
1. Manageand oversee the entire accounts receivable process. 2. Performaccount reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting andledger maintenance. 3. Review and process A/R entries, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. 4.Utilize Oracle software to maintain financial records and generatereports. 5. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies andresolve any issues promptly. 6. Collaborate with the sales andcustomer service departments to address customer queries. 7.Develop strategies to streamline and improve the accountsreceivable process. 8. Prepare and present analytical reports tomanagement, providing insights into receivables, collections, andfinancial risk. 9. Stay updated with industry trends and currentbest practices in accounts receivable management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role. 3.Proficiency in Oracle and other financial management software. 4.Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, A/R entries, ledgermaintenance, and auditing. 5. Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customerservice-oriented approach. 7. Ability to handle multiple tasks andprioritize effectively. 8. Strong understanding of accountingprinciples, financial regulations, and industry best practices. 9.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of ateam. Interested in hearing more?
