Must be able to commute to Nashville. We are a busy Internal Medicine private practice located near Centennial Hospital, and we are looking for a full time medical billing specialist to join our team of 2 physicians and 3 other staff members. This position will also cross train with the receptionist position to fill in as necessary. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (we don’t work weekends or holidays).

If you join our team in this position, your duties will include: detailed insurance benefit verification sending and processing claims contacting insurance companies to resolve denials posting payments sending statements scheduling appointments checking patients in/out verifying patient information collecting money We do require: at least 6 months medical billing experience . knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codes workable knowledge of basic insurance elements experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
